DENVER - Mar. 18, 2020 - The Office of Administrative Courts (OAC) remains open and will continue to conduct hearings. However, due to unprecedented events associated with the outbreak of COVID-19 in Colorado, the OAC will be instituting some temporary changes to help stop the spread of the virus. In order to serve Coloradans and limit exposure to COVID-19, the OAC will:
- Transfer some hearings from in-person to telephone hearings,
- Limit the number of individuals allowed in a courtroom,
- Encourage electronic filing of pleadings and documents
