Transcripts

The OAC does not provide written transcripts of its proceedings. You may, however request a copy of the audio of a hearing.

For all requests that are not filed by a Medicaid recipient or in conjunction with a Petition to Review, use the Audio Recording Request Form.

The State Department of Health Care Policy and Finance has made arrangements to pay for the cost associated with a request for a transcript filed by the Medicaid recipient. To request a transcript submit the Audio Recording Request form in OAC e-filing system or submit a request in writing to OAC-GS@state.co.us.
