The OAC does not provide written transcripts of its proceedings. You may, however request a copy of the audio of a hearing. For more information on recordings, see OAC Policy 15.
For all requests that are not filed by a Medicaid recipient or in conjunction with a Petition to Review, use the Hearing Recording Form.
The State Department of Health Care Policy and Finance has made arrangements to pay for the cost associated with a request for a transcript filed by the Medicaid recipient. To request a transcript submit the Hearing Recording form in OAC e-filing system.
