OAC e-filing system

OAC e-filing system is currently available for non Workers' Compensation (General Services) ONLY. We will update this page when the Workers' Comp e-filing is active.

The OAC e-filing system in an integrated electronic filing and case management system. There are two ways to use the OAC e-filing. One is to establish a user account in the OAC e-filing Community (Complete the Community Request Web Form below) the other is to register your e-mail on the OAC e-filing Form page. If you create an account in the Community, you will be able to file new case documents, motions and other forms. In addition, you can view documents entered in your case whether by you, opposing counsel or the court. You can see who the parties to the case are and what activity has taken place. If you do not want to establish a Community account you can still access forms to submit motions, hearing cancellation or new cases by visiting one of the forms page OAC e-filing Forms page. We have also prepared a user guide to help you along the way.

The OAC also provides templates for various pleadings and forms in Word format. These include Subpoena and Pleading templates.
